  1. Do you have to get every heart for a character to get his good end?

    1. Hm, as far as I’m aware yes you do. There may be certain choices that don’t matter too much (possibly some before you lock into a route), but it’s very easy in Hakuoki to miss something (miss a CG, miss a choice, end up on the wrong route). It took me a lot of trial and error to get to some endings, so I’d recommend picking all of the choices that raise affinity with the character you want to get the good ending for.
