The game has a total of 18 endings to acquire:

💮 3 endings for Amakusa Shirou Tokisada
💮 3 endings for Yosuga
💮 3 endings for Kuroba
💮 3 endings for Himuka
💮 3 endings for Akaza
The recommended play order is as follows:
Riku → Tokisada → Yosuga → Kuroba → Himuka → Akaza
…and as with most games, I didn’t follow this order myself. At the start of the game, Himuka and Akaza are locked so you have to play their routes last. I feel that the other four can be played in whichever order you prefer, as each route focuses on a different aspect of the story and world.
It’s worth mentioning that the common route doesn’t contain any choices, and can be skipped after your first playthrough. Because of this, the individual walkthroughs will start from the love interest’s route chapters.
If you want to obtain all CGs, you will have to play the bad endings (sorry). Some CGs can also be found in the Short Stories you unlock after completing each love interest’s good end. A little warning about the side characters’ short stories: some do contain spoilers, so I advise you to clear the game first before you read them!
